A monthly space to slow down, regulate, and give your body the conditions it needs to come out of stress mode and into a calmer, steadier state.

This 90-minute small group session blends somatic movement, breathwork, deep rest, and immersive sound to support nervous system regulation in a grounded and accessible way.

Designed for modern nervous systems carrying stress, overwhelm, tension, fatigue, or constant mental stimulation — this is a space to pause, reset, and reconnect with your body.

What to Expect
Each session follows the Wellbeing Becomes Us method:

Release
Gentle somatic movement designed to help soften physical tension, move stagnant energy and bring awareness back into the body.

Regulate
Breathwork practices designed to support the nervous system into a more balanced and steady state.

Integrate
Deep rest through Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) and immersive Tibetan bowl sound to allow the body and mind time to settle, restore, and integrate the experience.

Why Nervous System Regulation Matters
Modern life keeps many of us in a near-constant state of stimulation — always switched on, rushing, thinking, scrolling, or carrying stress in the background.

When the nervous system spends too long in stress mode, it can affect sleep, energy, focus, mood, and the ability to fully relax.
This class is designed to gently help the body shift gears.

Rather than pushing or “fixing,” the focus is on creating the conditions where the nervous system feels safe enough to soften and regulate naturally.

You do not need experience with yoga, breathwork, or meditation to attend.
