What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a guided rest experience using the harmonic vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls.
As the bowls are played, the tones and frequencies create layers of sound that the body responds to physically and mentally. Many people find it helps them slow down, release tension, and feel more grounded afterwards.
There is no pressure to meditate or “do it right.” You are simply invited to get comfortable, listen, and rest.
Each session includes:
✨ Guided settling and breath awareness
✨ Immersive Tibetan bowl sound journey
✨ Space for deep rest and nervous system support
Mats are provided, and you are encouraged to bring blankets, cushions, warm layers, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable.
