I’m Geeta — and I created Wellbeing Becomes Us to offer simple, grounded ways to support the body and nervous system.
My work brings together somatic movement, breathwork, deep rest and sound to help you come out of stress mode and into a more calm, steady state. At the heart of what I offer is a simple, structured approach — Release · Regulate · Integrate — guiding the body to let go of tension, settle the system, and gently reconnect.
I was drawn to this work through yoga — not just the movement, but the quiet awareness it builds and the way it brings us back to ourselves. Over time, my approach has evolved into something more focused: creating spaces where you don’t have to perform, push, or get it “right” — just arrive, as you are.
Sessions are intentionally small and accessible, whether you’re completely new or simply looking for a different way to slow down. There’s no pressure here — just space to pause, reset, and feel more at home in your body.
My hope is that Wellbeing Becomes Us continues to grow into a calm, supportive space — one that offers simple, effective ways to navigate everyday stress and reconnect with yourself.
Wellbeing isn’t something to chase. It’s already within you. And at Wellbeing Becomes Us, it becomes who you are.
