We offer online and in-person sessions desgined to help move your body out of stress mode and into a calmer, more stready state. 

 

Our method follows a simple structured process - Release · Regulate · Integrate.

 

Through somatic movement, breathwork, deep rest and sound, each session gently guides your body to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and integrate a deeper sense of calm.  More than just sessions, this is a place to pause, reset, and feel more at home in your body.

Nervous System Reset

A 90-minute guided experience using our Release · Regulate · Integrate method to help your body release tension, regulate your system, and deeply reset through movement, breath, rest and sound.

Monthly Sunday Sound Bath 

A monthly immersive experience using Tibetan bowls to help your body soften, unwind, and settle into a deeper state of calm through sound and stillness. Held on the 2nd Sunday of the moth.

Private  & Corporate Sessions 

Tailored experiences for private groups and organisations, designed to help your body release tension, regulate your system, and reset more deeply through movement, breath, rest and sound.

Retreat & Special Events
